On that note, I am bringing you some of my favorite YouTube channels to keep you healthy and fit at home. To be precise, there is 9 awesome YouTube channels that will kick your sexy butt and keep you in shape.

Now jump roping is something most of us use to do as a kids. Well, it is a classic exercise that is extremely simple, yet so effective. If you don’t have one lying around you can easily re-purpose any cables you have lying around the house.

This one is for the over achievers out there. If you’re up for the challenge, these workouts are low impact but they will keep you sweating like there is no tomorrow. They follow a high intensity style. These will totally serve well for those days when you need a kick-ass workout

The amazing thing with Youtube is that there is so many options. If you prefer something as low impact as possible, you should definitely check Adriene out. Her channel is a gold mind of quality yoga workout FOR FREE.

If you’re totally into yoga but want something a little more intense . You should definitely check out Pilates with Katja. She will get your core and legs fired up in no time.

This channel’s approach is so simple yet very unique. Maddie offers real time workouts that you can follow along. The best of all is that she uses trending popular songs to get you excited to work out. Trust me, it works! Before you know it, an hour will pass by before you even notice it. Who would have thought that staying fit and healthy at home could be so much fun?
6. Sweat on Some Latin Heat & Zumba with Gizell Vejar
This is a super fun way to spice up your cardio routine. If you like dancing and you love Latin music, you should definitely check this channel out. Gizell is a brilliant fitness and dance instructor.
You might not understand what she says as her videos are in Spanish. But it does not matter as dancing is a universal language. All you have to do is follow the dance music and the heated moves. This must be the hottest and most fun way to burn those extra snacks calories. Don’t worry! I won’t tell!
7. Get Toned with Pamela Reif
Pamela has the perfect channel to get you fit, healthy and lean right from home. Her workouts tend to be full body ones. Best of all, I like them because they are quick and to the point. All you need is 20 min and you will feel so good and accomplished after.
8. Follow Fitness Blender for step by step instructions
Now all these fitness instructors mentioned above are the cream of the crop. But what sets fitness blender apart is that they really take the time to deconstruct the moves so that you get a clear idea on how to perform them. Plus this YouTube channel has been around for a very long time.
9. Ballet Bootcamp with Sweaty Betty
Now before you quickly go running away, here me out! These workouts do not require any ballet knowledge. I think of it as an additional fun way to spice up your exercise routine at home. Plus you also discover something new. Who knows? Maybe once this is all over, you’ll decide to become a ballerina 🙂
